Once an order is placed, it can NOT be changed, modified, nor canceled. 

I am not responsible for lost packages nor stolen packages. Once I hand them off to USPS, UPS, etc. it is out of my hands. Please try contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. If they are not able to help, feel free to email me at AllisonEmbroideryAE@gmail.com

I do not offer cash refunds.
I do not offer a refund unless I made an error on an item.
I do not offer exchanges of any kind. 
All sales are final. 

Turn around times are anywhere between the next day up to 3 weeks.
Turn around time depends on the item. If the item is pre-order, meaning it has to be made or a boutique item that must be ordered, those will take 1-3 weeks.
Turn around times are always As Soon As Possible!
Items that are on hand, already made, and RTS (ready to ship) can be sent out the next business day.
Delays are expected during the holidays and busy times of the year. 

Business days do not include holidays, weekends, nor vacation days.
